User Terms and Agreement

1. You accept:

By using and/or visiting WorldOnDisc you accept these user terms. If you do not accept them, we ask you to not use WorldOnDisc.

2. The site WorldOnDisc

These user terms applies for all members of WorldOnDisc, both for them that only view movies and for them that upload their own movies or comments or provide other services on the website. WorldOnDisc can contain links to third party's homepages that are not owned or controlled by WorldOnDisc. WorldOnDisc has no control over and takes no responsibility for the content on any homepage owned and controlled by third party. By using WorldOnDisc, you give WorldOnDisc full exemption from liability from all content on a third party's homepage.

3. Access to the site WorldOnDisc

WorldOnDisc gives you the permission to use the site WorldOnDisc according to these user terms, required that you approve these user terms.

In order to reach certain parts of the site you must create an account. You may self-evidently never use some other person’s account without his/her permission. When you create your account you must submit correct and complete information. You are responsible for what happens on your account and you must protect your account's passwords in a safe way. If you suspect that someone else is using your account without your permission you must immediately inform WorldOnDisc. WorldOnDisc is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account. But, you may be liable for the losses of WorldOnDisc or others due to such unauthorized use.

By approving this user agreement you agree to not use or to trigger some automated system (for example robots, spiders etc.) on WorldOnDisc. (However, WorldOnDisc allows search engines that use spiders in order to copy materials from the site in order to be able to search on the material.) You agree to not retrieve any personal information from members of the site or to use the site’s communication system for commercial purposes. You agree also to not contact any member on the site in commercial purposes.

4. Copyright on WorldOnDisc

The content on WorldOnDisc, apart from uploaded movies (see below), and trademarks and logos are owned by or are licensed to WorldOnDisc and are protected by Swedish copyright. The content on the site is provided only for your personal use and may not be used for any other purposes without the respective owners' approval. WorldOnDisc reserves to itself all rights that are not expressively given on the site. You agree to not use anything of the site’s contents other than what is expressively permitted in this agreement. If you for personal use download or print a copy of any content, all associated copyright messages must be retained. You agree not to circumvent, prevent or in other ways limit any security related function on WorldOnDisc or functions that protect or limit the use of the site’s contents.

5. The member's uploaded movies. Important! Read carefully!

A. The site WorldOnDisc can at anytime permit that movies that you have uploaded is disseminated or be published on other places. You understand that irrespectively of if or when content like uploaded material is published, WorldOnDisc can’t guarantee any confidentiality with regards to the publisher of the material and content.

B. You are entirely and solely responsible for the material that you upload and the consequences of publishing them. In connection with that you upload a movie you ensure that you have the copyright of the uploaded material, or the copyright owner's approval, in order to upload the movie. You ensure also that you have permissions by each identifiable person in the uploaded movie to do the upload. You retain all ownership to your movies but you give, in connection with that you upload a movie, WorldOnDisc a royalty free and transferable license to use the uploaded movie in the way that WorldOnDisc considers best benefits the continued operation and the development of the site. By uploading a movie you give also each individual member of the site WorldOnDisc a license to incorporate your movie through the site and to distribute and show it to others. The license that is given by you can only be reclaimed if you take away the current movie from the site WorldOnDisc.

C. In connection with the uploaded material you furthermore agree to: (i) not publish falsified material or miss credits and/or copywrites that could possibly damage WorldOnDisc or some other third party; (ii) not upload material that are pornographic, racistic or ethnically offensive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, encouraging to criminal acts,  give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or  otherwise are inappropriate on other ways on the site; (iii) not upload material that were produce for publicity or marketing or other commercial purposes; (v) not to pretend to be some other person. WorldOnDisc does not stand behind any opinion, recommendation or code expressed in the uploaded movies. WorldOnDisc does not permit activities on its site that limit copyright agreements and WorldOnDisc will clear content and remove uploaded movies after their content has been identified to be inadmissible. Other users can report a movie to be inadmissible. In this case, the reason has to be precisely defined and justified. If it concerns legal issues concerning copywrite ownership it should be possible to be confirmed that it is the legitimate copyright owner that reports the movie and its contact information should also be submitted. WorldOnDisc reserves itself the decision to clear contents and uploaded movies without premonition. If a member breaks against the terms of this agreement repeatedly reserves WorldOnDisc the right to shut down the user’s account from the site without any premonition and to clear the member's uploaded movies and content. A member is said to repeatedly break the terms of this agreement if he/she has become reported for such more than twice and/or has uploaded movie that was cleared from the site more than twice. WorldOnDisc reserves itself also the right to decide whether the content or the upload is suitable and agrees with this user terms, (with exceptions for a correct announcement about origin legal trespasses.)

6. Guarantee

WorldOnDisc GIVES NO GUARANTEES FOR THE CORRECTNESS in THE SITE’S CONTENTS OR THE CONTENT in ANY SITE LINKED TO WorldOnDisc AND TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR (I) WRONG, MISSTAKE, OR DISCREPANCIES in ITS CONTAINT, (II) PERSON - OR MATERIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND THAT IS A CONSEQUENCE OF USING THE SITE, (III) INADMISSIBLE USE OF THE SITES SECURITY SYSTEM AND/OR PERSONAL/FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED in THE SYSTEM. (IV) INTERRUPTIONS OR DISTURBANCE OF THE TRANSFER TO OR FROM THE SITE, (V) BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES OR SIMILAR THAT CAN BE TRANSFERED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE BY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) WRONG OR MISSING in ANY CONTENT OR FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INDUCED TO AS A CONSEQUENCE OF YOUR USE OF WorldOnDisc. WorldOnDisc DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CONTENT, UPLOADS OR SERVICES THAT ARE MARKETED OR ARE OFFERED AS A THIRD PARTY ONES THROUGH THE SITE, SOME AS LINKED SITES OR PRESENTED as ADVERTISEMENTS.

7. Restriction of responsibilities

YOU AGREE TO THAT WorldOnDisc WILL NOT STAND RESPONSIBLE FOR UPLOADED MATERIAL OR DISHONORING, OBJECTIONABLE OR ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT YOU SOLELY STANDS THE RISK FOR PERSON - OR MATERIAL DAMAGE OF UPLOADED MATERIAL.

8. Possibility to accept user terms

You ensure that you are over 18 years or have your parent’s approval to approve this agreement and to approve the terms stated in this agreement. You ensure also to follow these conditions.

9. Transfer

These user terms, and all rights and licenses that are given thereby, can’t be transferred over to other party than yourself, but so can be done by WorldOnDisc.

10. General

You agree to that WorldOnDisc entirely is assessed after Swedish law. All civil suits that can be intended to arise between you and WorldOnDisc will be decided in Sweden. WorldOnDisc reserves itself the court to anytime to change these conditions without announcing this to you and it is your responsibility to go through conditions in order to find changes. Your use of WorldOnDisc will apply as approvals to these changes.
